Probably because when I talk about all the systems I used to run my team, all the structures and processes I put in place, itβs A LOT.
I lead 5 teams, ran meetings like clockwork to hold my team accountable to KPIs, spotlighted core values, never ignored a difficult conversation, never missed a 1 on 1 meeting to ensure my team were growing, challenged, fulfilled and delivering on their responsibilities, delivered training events, did public speaking gigs. And so, so much more.
