Good afternoon, I'm Liz from London, and working as a manager in my new role. I'm finding it awkward (?) managing those almost twice my age! Very pleased to have found your blog!
Hello! I'm Gemma and I'm based in Scotland. I've been in a management position for 3 years now and recently stepped up to operations manager. I feel like I finally got comfortable with my management style, now all of a sudden my title seems big and scary and I can feel the imposter syndrome creeping in once again. I listened to your episode on Dr Faye's podcast, I felt so inspired and knew I had to follow you for more!
